We have visited a few times because it is a beautiful house with a pretty & secure garden in a great location. The beach is literally on your doorstep with nice pubs, a park, a local gift shop and mini mart all within close walking distance. Chichester is just 15mins away by car as well as the larger supermarkets and superstores.
